Fixed Area is a demarcated open floor space inside a working warehouse, with no walls between you and the rest of the operation. You manage your own goods on the floor, while the warehouse handles security, fire safety, and access control. It's the lighter, lower-cost format of Instant Storage.

Fixed Area starts at 10 sqm. The minimum contract is one month, with the ability to scale up or down on 30 days' notice. There's no long lease and no fit-out commitment.

The SAR per sqm per month rate covers your dedicated floor area, the warehouse's standard security, fire safety, and shared facilities (toilets, loading dock access during operating hours). VAT is shown separately on your estimate. There are no broker fees or surprise add-ons.

Lockable Units are private locked rooms with your own key, best for small or home e-commerce businesses. Lockable Units cost more per sqm because of the build and the smaller-format yield.
