What you'd be working on
Most of the work is relational
Cargoz exists to help SMEs find warehouse partners they can trust with goods that often represent months of working capital, and to help warehouse owners fill space with customers they can rely on for the contract term. The platform is what makes those relationships possible at scale.
Three things hold this together: technology that lets people self-serve where they want to and ask for help where they need to, processes that make the operationally messy parts of warehousing feel light to both sides, and quality checks that mean the warehouses on the platform are genuinely as described when the customer arrives.
If building durable B2B relationships through a mix of product, operations, and human judgment is the kind of work you find satisfying, the roles above are where we need help right now.
How we hire
Our process, no surprises
Four stages, each with a clear ask and a clear outcome. No surprise tests, no unpaid project work that takes a weekend. Total time from first conversation to offer is usually two to three weeks.
First conversation
Within 5 working days of applying
Thirty minutes with the hiring manager. We talk about what you've worked on and why this role might fit. You get to ask anything you want about the company, including the parts we don't put on this page.
Working session
Within the next 5 to 7 working days
Sixty to ninety minutes. Engineering does a paired technical problem on a real codebase pattern. Account management does a roleplay of a tricky customer call. Design walks through a real piece of work. We pay for your time at this stage if it runs over an hour.
Team conversations
Within the next 3 to 5 working days
Two thirty-minute conversations with people you'd work alongside. We use these to check fit and to give you a fuller picture of the day-to-day. You'll meet at least one person who will not be your manager, so you can ask things you might not ask one.
Offer and references
Within 2 working days of the team conversations
If we've decided yes by this point, you get an offer the same day. We share the cap table and full compensation breakdown before you decide. References get done after the offer, not before, so you don't burn social capital while you're still considering.
Don't see the right role, but want to talk?
Send us a short note about what you'd want to work on and what you've shipped before. If there's a fit we can't yet see on this page, we'll start a conversation.

How we hire
Our process, written out so there are no surprises
Four stages, each with a clear ask and a clear outcome. No surprise tests, no unpaid project work that takes a weekend. Total time from first conversation to offer is usually two to three weeks.
1
First conversation
Thirty minutes with the hiring manager. We talk about what you've worked on and why this role might fit. You get to ask anything you want about the company, including the parts we don't put on this page.
Within 5 working days of applying
2
Working session
Sixty to ninety minutes. Engineering does a paired technical problem on a real codebase pattern. Account management does a roleplay of a tricky customer call. Design walks through a real piece of work. We pay for your time at this stage if it runs over an hour.
Within the next 5 to 7 working days
3
Team conversations
Two thirty-minute conversations with people you'd work alongside. We use these to check fit and to give you a fuller picture of the day-to-day. You'll meet at least one person who will not be your manager, so you can ask things you might not ask one.
Within the next 3 to 5 working days
4
Offer and references
If we've decided yes by this point, you get an offer the same day. We share the cap table and full compensation breakdown before you decide. References get done after the offer, not before, so you don't burn social capital while you're still considering.
Within 2 working days of the team conversations
Don't see the right role, but want to talk anyway?
Send us a short note about what you'd want to work on and what you've shipped before. If there's a fit we can't yet see on this page, we'll start a conversation. We're particularly open to senior people in any function who want to get involved at this stage.
